GCO Education Loan Funding Corp. and its affiliates ("GCO ELF") from time to time securitize student loan assets by selling student loans to securitization trusts ("GCO Education Loan Funding Trusts"). The asset-backed securities issued by the GCO Education Loan Funding Trusts do not represent interests in or obligations of, and are not guaranteed or insured by, GCO ELF. The asset-backed securities issued by GCO Education Loan Funding Trusts listed on the following pages are registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and all are subject to federal and state income taxes. The asset-backed securities issued by a GCO Education Loan Funding Trust listed herein are described in a Prospectus and Prospectus Supplement. Periodic Investor Reports are available through this site as well and are for informational purposes only. Investment in securities issued by a GCO Education Loan Funding Trust entails certain risks described in the applicable offering documents.
